athurst and Patricia was one of North York’s first affordable rental building for low-income seniors and persons with disabilities. This development, next to Eitz Chaim Day School, was originally slated for a condominium, but noting the sluggish 2008 economy, we at Cityzen Developments decided to switch gears and turn the site into affordable housing.
