A graduate of U of T and the University of Toledo, Joseph has spent 21 significant years in the Ontario Legislature. He is the architect behind Ontario's Automotive Investment Strategy. Joseph is also responsible for the introduction of the Advanced Manufacturing Investment Strategy. In 2006, he joined Cityzen Development Group, where he provides strategic advice relating to public affairs, marketing, and new business development.
